For all evening, night-time and weekend emergency call-outs, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before an engineer is dispatched.
All charges are for service provided on site. Additional parts may be required and will be quoted separately before installation. Call-out charges include travel time to your location. Please note that any parking charges incurred at the site are not included and will be added where applicable.
